The Full Story
About
On September 27, 2024, our community faced the devastating aftermath of Hurricane Helene. Many residents, along with individuals in the surrounding areas, became homeless and were deprived of essential resources. The storm caused widespread power outages, disrupted access to water, triggered mudslides, and resulted in significant road closures, alongside other life-altering challenges. Tragically, the disaster also led to a substantial loss of life.
Four weeks after the storm, a large portion of our community still lacked access to potable water, relying on bottled drinking water and potable water stations set up at various locations to meet their needs for clean water.

Mission
Our church is committed to supporting the community and addressing these pressing needs. We operate a drive-thru distribution site every Sunday, aiming to assist those struggling financially and help individuals rebuild their lives and share the love of Jesus Christ. The road to recovery remains long, but we are dedicated to alleviating grocery expenses and providing essential support to our community.
